Would any of these be racist or offensive?

Question

-A white figurehead calling for a million White Men to march on Washington for the rights of whites?
-A United Caucasian College Fund.
-An un or under-qualified white getting hired instead of a more deserving black to balance the percentage of white/black employees.
-A WHITE History Month?
-Whites protesting every time a black commits violence on a white.

The Mrs. – You ever read history to find out where the ‘awful’ whites got the slaves? Didn’t have ebay, go find out who made the initial sale to the white man.
Everyone else – Seems a consensus. Those things are wrong because they are good for whites? Got news for you. I’ve missed getting jobs because quota’s needed to be met. I’ve worked with a black guy that admitted outright to not even trying to make it look like he was working because he’d just sue for racism if he ever got fired.
As far as police harassment, take race out of the factor, and it’s a well documented fact that crime is directly related to social-economic class. Poor people commit more crimes. There are more poor blacks, but again, there have been plenty of chances for anyone to pull themselves out of any situation, regardless of background. The richest woman in this country (the world maybe) came from nothing. At what point does one look to ones self for the problems in one’s life?

It won't be offensive when white people have the same statistics for police harassment towards them because of their colour ("you fit the description"), jail terms, poverty level existence and generally just not being represented in their country on a governmental level.

Why would white people need to march on Washington? Just about everything they want is granted anyway.

A United Caucasian College Fund? Why, exactly? White people are more apt to be able to pay for their college and there was a time when black people couldn't even go to college!

You have fallen victim of believing an "Urban legend" that was most likely started by someone who decided that when affirmative action was passed that it was going to lead to what you described after hearing it enough the story has passed into culture as "fact". Find me the person who wasn't hired because a lesser person was hired and kept them out of a job? I'll wait.

A white history month? January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December.......Ok, for you?

White's protesting every time a black commits violence on a white? Huh? (a) You obviously do not live in the Southern states of America. Ever heard of "lynching"?!! (b) I think higher jail sentences for black people kind of negates the need for protest, don't you think?

Would this be considered racist or offensive:

• Every month except Feb practically being WHITE EVERYTHING MONTH!
• The government consisting of predominantly whites who could care less about a million man march
• A white HR manager hiring the under-qualified white guy solely because he's white while the black guy with an MBA from BCC gets the ole "don't call us, we'll call you" schpeal.
• whites denying that racism exists, while prematurely condemning a black man simply because of the color of his skin.

The UNCF mostly helps inner-city youth get into HBCU's. They help those kids who live beneath the poverty level, and whose parents cant afford $20K tuition.

Edit: "At what point does one look to ones self for the problems in one’s life?" Wow! Very good question..now have you considered practicing what you preach? Stop looking for a scape-goat for the failures in your life; maybe YOU are the problem. 1/4 of the population of African Americans live below the poverty level. It's a lot easier said than done to pull yourself out of that environment -- especially when you're Black -- Oprah and many others have, but that doesn't make it simple. White people have all the opportunities in the world, yet there are still lazy, self-loathing, poverty-stricken, white folk in the world who are content with their conditions. Where is your advice for them? What is your excuse for them? Why are there more white people receiving government assistance? Oh, that's right, because Caucasians are the majority, so that makes it perfectly okay right? Please!!!

What I see offensive is 3/4 of yahoo is involving hate against minorities that is frightening to me. Your country has so many problems right now and racism within its borders only makes your country look worse. Honestly it is scary and its going to hurt tourism trust me. Stop racism it makes the world a dangerous place. Love your neighbour stop this stupidity. We should be better people.

OK OK. But i'd blame the whites who were alive back during slavery and the Jim Crow era, not blacks. If it wasn't for those brutal, racist white people that robbed blacks of dignity and freedom, none of the aforementioned would exist.
