I know alcohol and medicine is a big no. What about energy drinks?

I have a cold one in the fridge (Sobe No Fear) and am dying to drink it, but should I?

You shouln't drink energy drinks at any time because they only give you a bit of quick and instant energy that doesn't last and fades very fast.

Take a multivitamin every day instead.

By all means drink the one in your fridge and make it your last one. It won't hurt you.

It's just a drink right? NOT a "prescribed" medication, NOT alcoholic??? I don't see why not? If anyone can buy it (drink) anywhere at anytime, then I can't imagine it having any ingredients that would be 'dangerous' to 'mix' with medication. I think at most, it would be somewhat similar to taking vitamins.
Mind you, without knowing exactly what medication you are taking, and exactly what is in the drink it's hard to say. There definately are certain meds shouldn't be mixed with certain things....If you're really concerned, call a Drug Store and ask to speak with the Pharmacist. (Have your Rx & 'drink' nearby.)
Most likely though, it's probably O.K! If there were 'things' to be 'avoided', you should have been told when you first got your medication.
Be well! :)

Depends on the type of medication you're on. Generally, I would avoid drinking anything that contains cafeine or aspartame.

Gee, I dunno. What does your doctor say about it? Clearly, there are no competent authorities here on Y!A.
