This is blackmail, complain to the Police. Bear in mind that the average bobby will not know anything about this offence. Speak to CID.

Under s21(1) of the Theft Act 1968 of English law, a person commits the offence:

if, with a view to gain for himself or another or with intent to cause loss to another, he makes any unwarranted demand with menaces; and for this purpose a demand with menaces is unwarranted unless the person making it does so in the belief:
(a) that he has reasonable grounds for making the demand; and
(b) that the use of the menaces is a proper means of reinforcing the demand.
The Act uses the word "menaces" which is considered wider in scope than "threat" and involves a warning of any consequences known to be considered unpleasant by the intended victim. This covers the spectrum from actual or threatened violence to the victim or others, through damage to property, to the disclosure of information.

, your not going to take any of the advice given when you asked your earlier question then???? OK if your after revenge how about, get your self all worked up and emotional, go round his place in suposed real distress telling him there is nobody else you can talk to,then tell him you just got your test results and you are h.i.v. positive...it still wont get your stuff back, but he wont enjoy it for quite a while. dont think he will be too keen to brag or show off your pics either

Listen. Everybody says lesson learnt. i don't buy that for one minute. Firstly make a formal complaint to the police. What he is up to is a criminal offence. the police may request all original and copy photographs together with discs.

secondly and this is on a very basic level. Don't lower yourself to his level. If he does circulate them, there wont be anything (in the general sense) that we haven't seen before. Today's news is tomorrows chip paper

Learn a lesson from this quite obviously

Threatened to report this BLACKMAIL to the police, it is illegal when all said and done. Because it may not stop there if they get away from the first lot.

Or if you have some big mail friends or family, get them to go have a nice quite chat with him. I think the second idea is best myself!

Go kick his sorry butt or phone the police - surely you have a brother or good male friend that can get them back off him

Let that be a lesson to you - if you are gonna let him take naked pics of you make sure you get them back before ending the relationship

legally theres not much you can do, I would suggest you calling the person being polite and making amends ad saying that you will return the belongins to him if he gives you the pictures and the negatives and or memory stick (if its a digi cam) then haave him sign a promissory note detailing the exchange that way if he pops up with the pics later on you have hin on violating a written contract between you two.

What do you mean? are the belongings his or yours? if they are his give them to him and then you're rid of him. If he wants back things he bought you then i'd be tempted to throw them at him. Ignore his threats, he'll look the fool if he drops to those levels to try and win against you. Laugh it off that'll hurt him more, then ignore...ignore...ignore....its the most powerful tool there is.

It's blackmail pure and simple.
You MUST I repeat MUST go to the police.
Blackmailers thrive on fear and he will never let go. It maybe embarrassing but you have to do it.
Good Luck.
