Im trying to do the envelop trick on my birthday card.

NO ITS NOT A SPOILED AS IT SOUNDS

Im worried my grandma sent an exuberantly amount of money. (Shes on my mothers side) and my dad gets pissed at her for doing it beacuse shes been sending checks like every other week to me and my sister for no reason.

He hates it beacuse I can't have a job and he thinks shes helping me ect.

So If its a huge amount (Like a few hundred, mabey even 1000) I think hell flip, so I was gonna cash it and slip in a few 20's to be on the safe side.

Shes sent 1000 before (When I was 17 and I paid off my car with it) he was PISSED.

So its all for the greater good.

I hate that she mails me money to.

I can't stand it, I belive in pride, I tell her every time to stop,

But again. I don't have a job, I need to pay for gas and stuff. I look all the time for a job but no luck.

BTW. Im 19 and still live at home, thats why dad being mad is a problem

Its got jack to do with your dad because its a gift for you, but you are sounding a little spolt, personally i hope there is nothing in there, you sound like you need a little bit of a reality check.

Yes but flap will look warped. May have to iron flap then use a glue stick. Wet glue tend to rewrinkle flap. It will depend on how thorough she had it glued. It may still look resealed.

It may be better to have a couple of $20s on you when card arrives; do the open & exchange then. Or open card, cash & amount of replacement as soon as mail arrives & before Dad gets home. Then show Dad what you received in the mail today.

If not in school, you need to get a job. Then return Grandma's kindness with gifts from you.

Place the envelope in the freezer for a hour or so and it will come open very easy and can be resealed.

i tried once with no luck. but maybe if u have like a glue stick you can be very neat and apply a little glue where there use to be adhesive. or you cann reapply it neatly with tape and pretend she mailed it that way:)
