I don't believe a restraining order can written for a family. It would have to be on an person by person basis and I doubt a judge could write one for a whole county.

Unless that family is like Bonnie and Clyde or something like it I can't imagine how a judge could barr any family as a whole from a county. Although I do remember a case in where the judge threw the guy out of the state and exiled him and barred him from coming back to NM. But hey what do I know the judge can do whatever he feels is allowed by law.

You can be banned from anywhere, it just depends what you did to deserve it.
