Since Lovie does not to offend here is what he should say: Want to get the pressure off of Rex and give Orton and Griese an opportunity to become more skilled, so from now on there are three starting QBs. Each QB will play a half in a rotation from now until play offs. At some later time the coaches will re-evaluate this decision.

Then go with a rotation for a few games. Face it, Bears are not going to win anything this year with Grossman at the helm, so lets use this season as a training period for the 3 QBs we got. Then when the player trading begins grab a better QB.

Start Griese Grossman has had plenty of chances and still seems to fail in each one. Bears won't get anywhere unless they get a QB who knows what they're doing behind center I say Griese needs a shot. They can't do any worse than grossman

Let him sit and watch the other quarterbacks throw interceptions when they get drilled after 2.5 seconds in the pocket. Let him watch the run game falter behind a horrible draft pick from the sideline. Maybe he could watch the waver wire to see if a real wide receiver comes available as opposed to the jokes on the field now. This OFFENSE is in the top ten worst....regardless of who is playing quarterback.

Same thing they should've done last year. Bench him for Griese. He's a turnover machine. He also just needs to watch and learn for awhile because he obviously hasn't learned from his mistakes from last year. Maybe being on the sidelines will settle him down and he can just take a breath. He's trying too hard to make a play to get his critics off his back and ends up compounding the problem by making poorer and poorer decisions. I do, however, also like drews answer. Funny.

Put him on the sideline so he can call in the offense signals to the better QB. That team is to good to have him at the most important position doing what he is doing. Three touchdowns a game from the "O" and let the "D" do the rest.

Do what Cleveland did. As soon as he gets off the field, sent him to Seattle. Let him wear his pads on the plane.
