I think this is an ace question. Where i live i would love to see Italian food served at drive through. I'm not just on about pizza but all the different types of pasta and lasagna and different steaks cooked to order.

Anything that did not include bread, tortillas, or rice. Other that salads there is not much. Don't forget that breading counts as bread.
