I'm in charge of my sisters' quinceniera music and stuff. And they want an openning ballroom sequence. But they don't want "boring old bubbly princess" music.... they're looking for a deep dark ball room dance. Like something outta Van Helsing. The part where Dracula hosts his ball and dances with Anna.

The main theme from Phantom of the Opera is played as Tango sometimes. Gothan Project doesn't sound bubbly to me either. Tangos are easy to come up with.... One can dance a forxtrot to Nirvana and I include the link (I don't think it's for amateurs though). Just find something with correct number of beats per measure. Mickael Jackson has a couple of Waltzes. "If I Were A Painting" by Kenny Rogers. If I think of something esle that's sufficiently "dark" I'll add.
