it depends on the age of the child
honestly if he knows that he almost grabbed the wrong area and doesn't want to stop then i would say there is something wrong there
no you are not wrong
not saying that he is that type of person but most molestations happen in the home by a trusted family member and it always seems like something innocent
be cautious can be something misinterpreted or not but this is very thin ice to walk over

No!I don't think you are wrong for saying that!Even though it might of been an accident when he did it,it might show them that its ok "when other people wrestle with them"There's a lot of sickos out there that might see that as a easy target!I would just let him know why you feel this way!

It might be just fine for him to wrestle, espically if they are 5 to 10 years old, but older than that it is not good. It can lead to uncomfortable positions,,

I would say it is fine but to a point, maybe be more careful with what he is doing. Kids love when their aunts and uncles play around with them and show the family love. It is normal but just needs to be more careful it is not sick unless you make it that way.
As I read through a few of these answers I think that things are being taking a little to far, I understand but you really think your husband would do that??

No man should be wrestling with any female, any age and any relation. "Grabbing" them below the waist can easily be misconstrued and then next thing you know you'll see his smiling face peering back at you from the sex offender's website. That is after he gets out of prison.
Take my word...I've seen this crap happen before and no one on a jury will sit there and say "Oh sure....grabbing her in the crotch is accidental. Happenes all the time to people". Tell your husband to grow the hell up and leave crotch-grabbing wrestling to the simpletons who do it for a living on TV.

I don't think you are wrong for telling him not to wrestle with them. It's a good choice on your part. I don't think he's strange it's just that there is a certain time when girls shouldn't be involved in that type of activity. How did he take it?

No you are not wrong. It's something that is making you feel uncomfortable so telling him to stop is ok.....And as many others have said, if they are grown then yes it is wrong. Maybe ONCE in a while is ok but constantly? No

nope! i think u did the right thing, its ok to wrestle but only when they are boys and boys. girls are far too sensitive, when it comes to wrestling, ( different genders). i let my hubby wrestle with my girls but, only to some extent. and besides the only boy that we have is still too young to even sit on his own.

Difficult call, here. But he ought to err on the side of conservatism. Adult men generally don't do this with their neices.... nephews? sure. But not young female children. I'd suggest to him that he engage his nephews, or men his own age, even better. If he were my husband, I'd ask him to stop, simply because I would wish no misunderstanding with the girls' parents... none, zero. And he is indeed leaving himself open to misunderstandings. Not the smartest thing he could do by continuing.
Helpful?

it depends on how old his niece is. If they are teenagers then yeah he should not be wrestling with them.
