You are better off setting up a yearly donation on a percentage basis that automatically goes to that charity.....example would be 5% or whatever interest is paying on your money set aside for it....say in this case as an example 10 M at 5% would be 500K yearly to the charity and wouldnt touch the core amount.

I would set up my own charity and it would be a legitimate one for anyone to join and I would put the initial offering of $ 5,000,000 to start.

That's a tough question, I don't think I'd give any of it to charity
I have people in my life who would benefit from some
good will from me. And then there's my family and my parents and my brother and his children. I think I would have to give it to the people I love. If there was any left, Breast cancer research would get the rest.

hum. i think after i bought a new car (either a VW Beetle, a Honda Civic, or a Mazda 6), gave my mom money to pay off her car and some of her credit cards, and gave my sister and her boyfriend money toward their wedding then I'd give the remaining money to the Komen Foundation - specifically for Breast Cancer Research.

id set up something myself, so that I could see the results first hand. I would use about 2 million to do this.
