I just got a new job and want to get my girlfriend a nice gift, out-ing, anything...
It was just my B-day and she dropped like 2 bills on last night how should a repay her kindness and soon!?!

Come on now, you make it sound like it's all about money - even tho I know, without money you can't go all out either.
So it depends on how much u r willing to 'drop' actually ;)
But in the end you know your g/f the best - so you should just take a minute and think what would she like? I mean what are her interests etc. But here are some ideas:
Buy her flowers - no reason always is the best reason!
If she is a girly kinda girl - then present from Victoria Secret will never fail - and u'll enjoy it too ;)
Take a little trip get a room in a nice hotel (with nice view and a huttub)... and u know :)
Nice dinner in a place u normally wouldn't go is always nice...
OR u can do all of these together ! That's simple but nice and would work for anyone.
If u want something more extreme - u should just surprise her with something she always wanted to do or have.

Clean the house, buy lots of flowers, light candles, cook a romantic dinner (or have someone help you cook it), crack open some wine/champagne, and treat her like a queen. Give her a massage without expecting anything in return and watch some of her favorite movies.
And if you really want to get her a gift, buy her a nice piece of simple jewlery. Make sure she'll wear it tho. (i.e. if she never wears earrings obviously don't buy her diamond earrings or anything) But I, as a woman, would appreciate all of the little things more than the jewlery (although the jewlery would be a nice bonus!)

Hey Pete weren't you the guy a while ago who INFERRED that women should NOT WEAR THE PANTS in a relationship????? well maybe then you ought to buy her a PAIR OF PANTS!!! ha ha... Ok well if you are serious about wanting to repay her BIRTHDAY surprise---you don't HAVE to until it's HER birthday, however, a nice romantic evening --dinner, dancing or someplace you KNOW she would like to go but you WOULDN'T, but you'll take her because you love her and want to show her a good ROMANTIC TIME....

It might sound kind of cheesy, but you should take her out on a picnic or something during the day...like surprise her. Maybe buy some tickets to go see her favorite band/artist and then go have a great dinner after... Where do you live??

You should send her flowers to her job or her house. Write her a nice note on how you appreciate her and how much she means to you. You can give her a gift certificate to take care of her self. Maybe for her nails or a massage. :)

She is a lucky girl to have a boyfriend who is so caring and looks after his body so well. Very hot picture. Take her shopping and then for a nice meal somewhere beautiful like by the sea. Sorry I'm not a woman, but am a gay so kinda half way there.

it's hard to say without knowing her likes and dislikes. try planning a romantic day with just her. dinner, outdoor concert or park, then suprise her with some jewelry. every girl likes jewelry. or a gift card to her favorite store.

Well, you should tell her straight up, that you love her and that you appreciate her. It really is the best thing. Then you should maybe clean her house or make her dinner or pay her back. That's the best!
