do like I do and use your laptop's internal att. to pick up wi-fi signals around you. Lucky for me my neighbor has a wirless router thats un locked signal so I am able to save 40 bucks a month. It's not the fatest around but you dont need speed for most of the stuff I do anyway..

Netzero is free for ceratin amount of mintues. Also, check out slingshot. Slingshot is a prepaid isp. It is really good to use. Type in Free ISP in browser. Therefore you may get more suggestions that you can use.

Try, NetZero and Juno. I think they the same people now, but, the free is like 5 hours a month and advertisement based.
I guess they still do this.
