Go to the new home development places where people are house shopping and hand out your flyer .
Or visit open houses and see if the seller wants some of your flyers there for potential buyers .
Unfortunately , most those flyers that get put in newspapers get tossed into the recycle bin .
Go where persons are home shopping to narrow down your target audience .
