it seems impossible to get rid of I used the basics weed killer but it always grows back even tried cutting out and it still grows back it is like fire ants.

I had to use brush killer. Once, I sprayed that, it was gone forever.

Of course, cover hands & arms (wash gloves & clothes separately from your other clothes). Cut the weed down to about an inch & dispose of cutting. Apply brush killer onto opened cut stems.

At this time of year, it had reseeded, be prepared to take care of its offspring next year.

Round-up or 2,4-D have worked for me. You could try a product like Spike or Tordon on the stumps after cutting them. However, just pulling them up with no chemical treatment will only encourage them to spread more.
