ups delivary problem?

i am in the uk n had sum clothes send ova from n american shop n i said itl b deliverd on the 21st n it didnt *** n then the site said the 24th iv waited in al day its not 3.45 n it still aint *** they said it was snet out 4 delivary 6.12 this morning
wat tym do they stop delivering

Did you get a tracking number from the shop. UPS always give one so that you can see where your parcel is.
