Yes you can, and my great-grandparents did. Both sets of ggps were divorced before my father's parents met and married; then my grandfather's mother married my grandmother's father! My grandmother and grandfather subsequently got divorced but the older generation were extremely happy together in their second marriage, or so the family story goes! Fruit that has matured on the vine is the sweetest - may you live long and happily together.

Of course hun. It may seem a little strange and like a story from a movie or novel but you should all just be thankful that love has come your way in whatever shape and form it may take.

Well...you can. However this would make your son a son-in-law and your husband his step-father besides his father-in-law.
In addition any kids that you have would make them your son's half-siblings AND nephew/niece.
Its all legal but when it comes to doing a family tree it can get confusing as hell.

Yes, your family already likes his too, so you don't have to worry about that. My aunt married my sister's husbands brother- both have 20 yr relationships too... but as long as you aren't blood relatives then it's ok.

Yes because none of you are related. It may seem weird to outsiders but your daughter is not related to him and his son is not related to you and they would only be related by marriage, so yes they can still marry

Sure, there is no blood relation at all. I see no problems with it. When you love someone and you know in your heart they are right for you then it is no problem to proceed with your wedding plans. Good luck!

You love eachother!! Should I say more?? There is not any incest or anything like that. Yes it will be a weird situation but so what. What ever makes you and your family happy is what you need to do.

Of course, your 2 children should understand if you talk to them about it. If you love each other, then marry.

Why wouldn't you be able to? The only complication I can see is if either of the marriages broke down. Now THAT could be awkward!
