IN AND OUT BURGER!!!!! They are real burger patties, made fresh on site as you order it!!!!
But of the big 3 fast food chains, Wendy's in my opinion. They are less processed as McD or Burger King, plus, Wendy's does NOT microwave their food, at all!!! There is no microwave in their establighments, say that for McD or BK, you cant. I worked at all three in high school, I have seen the ins and outs of these places.

I actually would prefer to make my own hamburgers at home on the grill. Most of the fast food one just don't taste that good anymore, and are overpriced for what you get anyways :-)

MacDonalds I guess. In England there is a little franchise called Fine Burger Co. If you count them...they are incredible. Fast service and amazing burgers. google them.

Whataburger or Sonic
I didn't used to be a fan of Whataburger, but they have really good onion rings, and so I started to eat there more. Now, I have decided they have as good burgers as you will find at a 'sit down' restaurant.
