Hey, this isn't a funny question in my family. One part of our house is actually sinking. The guy who cleared the land and setup the house, dug a hole and put all of the stumps and tree limbs in it. Now, several years later, there's several LARGE sink holes.

You notice un-levelness in things like your cupboards and floor boards.. (Like bending..)
Just figure if the foundation is sinking, the frame of your house is going to be like "Eeeeee help me! -collapses inwards on itself-"
Oh and the new car you go buy is equiped to dig tunnels..
