The cramping is perfectly normal. Not so sure about the spotting, I never had any when I was pregnant. I think you should see a gynae especially as you are cramping too. Rather be safe than sorry.

cramping can be normal in pregnancy, but no matter what, if you have a concern about pain or anything go to the doctor. That is the only way to know forsure things are ok. Even though your first pregnancy appointment isnt till october, im sure you can get in sooner.

It's normal. I cramped for around a week, somewhere between 3-4 wks with my first pregnancy. And with my second pregnancy I spotted for 1 day at around 5 wks. It's all common.

I think you body is just streching out for the baby. I had some bleeding with my second pregnancy and he sitting right here getting on my nerves lol. It's normal to cramp a little in pregnancy I think you body is just preparing its self for the baby. If it gets worst I think you should call the doctor and let them know whats going on

Spoting is a normal sign of pregnancy, if it turns into alot of bleeding you need to make your appointment sooner. Cramping its just your body getting ready to carry your baby. You should be fine but if your really consurned try and see your docter sooner. Goodluck

Dont worry, it's completely normal during the 1st trimester (as long as it is not followed by blood), relax, take your prenatal vitamins & enjoy being pregnant!! God Bless!

If you are three weeks pregnant, then you haven't even missed your period yet. The first day of your missed period would be the 4 week mark...
