Wow! I am ashamed of some of the previous answerer's.....

That being said, Our judicial system has to deal with them..... But personally I think any 17 year old with previous assault convictions should be tried as an adult when a heinous attack of this magnitude has been committed.

It does seem that the Domestic Racial Terrorists (DRTs) Sharpton and Jackson have got what they wanted (Just like they did in the Duke Case)

I just hope that these people who are so terribly misinformed by the rumors, lies and spin fed to them by the DRTs will open their eyes.... I have included a link in my source list that details the happenings surrounding this case. The victim here is just that (A VICTIM)

no, violence is violence, but they shouldn't recieve jail time, more like anger managment classes, a fine, or community service. Possibly all of the above.
