Would it not be good for America, and the world, if the next President of the United States was a Muslim.

It would certainly help bring about a large degree of peace in the middle east! would it not?

What is your opinion? Is it time for Islam to replace Christianity in American politics/foreign policy?

Why the hell should Christianity be replaced for Islam, what makes you think that Islam is a better religion, as long as people have holes in there arses there Will always be conflict over religion, nothing in this world will change that, not one government in this world has a clue what they are doing, destruction is all they know, they all need there heads banging together. the world is in ruin and its destruction is at our hands right or wrong.

How about a Christian king in Saudi Arabia, and don't forget that he wouldn't be responsible to Congress! Are the principles of Islam compatible with the U.S. Constitution?

I don't care what religion the president is as long as he keeps it out of the laws.

Personally, being a woman, I would be a little nervous with a Muslim president.

That would never happen. Prob won't have a Black one either for the next 100 years. They are not afraid to say they are a Christian country.

Sure, sounds good. I was glad when Minnesota got a Muslin congressman.

troll alert...and in case you are being serious, there's nothing to stop Muslim countries fighting each other (the Iran-Iraq war was one of the bloodiest of the 20th century) so it would make no difference.

I'd prefer a secular humanist, but I'd settle for a Pastafarian.
