No body knows for sure but most probably NOT.

There was a theory proposed by Einstein et al where there is a black hole linked to a white hole at the other side which could conceivably transport matter from one place to another. Very little is known about such a situation. Could it act as a gateway between to places within the same universe? Or could it connect two universes? Will it send you back in time? Or forward? No one knows. No one is even really sure such a structure could or does exist. But even if it does, it doesn't necessarily send you to the next galaxy. It can send you anywhere. And there may be no way to control where it sends you or when.

Things that go near a black hole end up like a bug on a windshield. The word hole in this case is misleading. It is not a hole in the sense of what we know here on Earth like a hole in the ground or a drain in the sink with sides and so forth.

A black hole is a sphere like our Earth or the Sun. Like the Sun, a black hole also is a star who's gravity is so strong that light cannot escape it's surface and shine out into space.

If you could get close enough to a black hole you would see what would appear to be a dark circle . This is how it came to be called a black hole. Compared to and among all the bright stars in the heavens these strange phenomenon are like a dark hole in space.

Knowing this now you can see that anything that gets near a black hole does not go anywhere but to certain destruction.

Likely it is a sink for the radical matter that moves freely. A conscious mind could never enter untouched. A particle that does enter is broken down into its most fundamental parts; that is, energy. It is redistributed among the plane of the quantum. Any unusable excess is expelled through the poles before reaching the event horizon.

It is the accecpted theory that a black hole is a star that has collapsed in on itself, the enormous mass of the object creates enough gravity that even light cannot escape its pull. A black hole is just a huge ball in space.

If a black hole could exist it would lead to nowhere.
It would have a one way track to nowhere except to the dubious singularity, that would be a dimensionless point of nonexistence.
