The only thing that will help you here is time and patience. If she is afraid of getting hurt, your best bet is to spend time with her as a friend, not a date or a boyfriend. Show her you're a nice guy.
To avoid falling into the friend trap, let her know that you're interested but you're willing to wait until she's ready and that you'd rather hang out with her as a friend than not hang out with her at all.

i feel relieved i didn't blow it!
at least i tried..... everyone fails sometimes!
everyone is afraid of being hurt,i took the chance but she didn't want to give me or take a chance!

shower her with love, gain her trust by always being there for her, and proving to her that nothing else is more important.
Rebuilding trust is a hard thing to do, but it is possible ;)
