Know this......your emotions are just that, Emotions....and subject to change. If you are down today, tomorrow will be better. it hels to know that everyone goes thru blue moods.
Try talking to friends or a councillor. If that does not help, seek professional help.

What makes you happy? Does walking the park, sitting by the ocean, shopping? You are the only one who make you happy. It's a great responsiblity, with great rewards. happiness can only be taken away from you, if you let someone else take it away. how has your life changed in the past 2 years? any breakups? Were you anticipating something that didn't come to pass? What were you doing when you were happy? Can you return to that point? If not, can you do something that will calm you and help you find a new happiness? make sure you're taking some ME time. Personal time only for you. no boyfriends, girlfriends, children, spouses, allowed! Just you... you time... do something you like. Go see a movie, eat that chocolate cake, read a good book, write poetry, or read some... what brings you happiness? find it and do it. make happiness your goal and don't focus on the fact you don't feel happy yet. Joy comes from within. Happiness is circumstancial.

Are you talking about me, lol? Well, I know what you mean!! I've been through this. Three years ago I used to feel always happy. Anything was relaxing me and I found anything so enjoyable. To put it in a nutshell, I was on cloud nine and I felt I had the world at my feet. Then the previous two years everything changed. I can't think of any reason that could have possibly caused this. It just happened. Things that used to entertain me seemed so common and meaningless. But, it's been a month that I found my previous joviality and everything is okay. I think you shouldn't worry. Be patient and let time wear on!!!!!!!!! You'll feel happy.

Find out when the last time u felt happy was. What changed u and why did it change u??
Remember you will never be the same person you were as u are constantly changing but you can get back aspects of yourself such as being happy again. What makes you happy and what do you want to do with your life to make urself happy? Whether you need or write or jus think u need to look into yourself and be honest.

happens to me too. i think having a 'greater goal' in life helps to divert your attention on your self awareness. lets say you want to change the world in some way so you need to study up the technical side of it. you will then spend all your time doing that and ppl will understand thats what you wanna do and its not because you want friends and cant get them. they will think your just too busy. thats kind of bad advice actually but i think everyone gets it at sometime like at the start of a new school. anyways it makes me sad to see other ppl depressed and want to commit suicide because they are alone. you could set yourself targets each lesson to understand and memorise everything so then in that time you wouldnt be worried about looking daft coz u have nothing to do.

Depression happens when you're not looking. Nothing dramatic has to bring it on either. I think maybe you should consider counseling to help you figure the right diagnoses for what you are feeling. Good luck

Talk about your feelings with someone. Did a big event happen a couple of years ago that might be making you feel this way?

make an appointment with your doctor...or ask your parent to...Sounds a bit like depression if you are a teenager...and definitely depression as an adult.
their advice will be helpful. Good Luck

talk about how you're feeling with someone you know well and trust. They know you better than we do and would know more of how to help you out.
