Yeah definately, people can change. It only comes across as fake if the person is uncomfortable with changing and doesn't really want to change deep down

People can change, but some things inside a person never change. And this thing that never changes is the thing that makes you feel the way you feel and cry the way you cry and get angry over the things that make you angry. This thing inside us is influenced by what what happens to us and the choices we makes. The things someone said to us that we will never forget.
It is engraved in us. And that part of us is hard to change.

They can change it they want to, why not? They can change from being bad to good.The only problem when this people want to change for good but the other people don't believe them. others think they are still acting falsely.
you either have doubt,right? anyway it's hard to believe those who are repenting.

i think even though people have the capacity to physically and mentally change...their basic inherent nature will remain the same...always underlying...ever present...
its like changing your clothes and wearing make up and going on a diet but still being the same person you always were underneath...well, kind of...;0)
