If you are talking about the overall show and not just the past season, 24. However, 24 had a horrific last season, so if you're going based on that, I'd have to say Heroes.
I like Prison Break well enough, as the guys are hot and it's entertaining enough, but the conspiracy stuff (and the T-Bag storyline, really, the guy belonged on Heroes, what with his superhero survival powers) was really a bit ridiculous and implausible last year.
Hopefully next season all of them get back to (24, Prison Break) or remain (Heroes) high quality entertainment.

Prison Break! I like Heroes too but i never watched 24 because it came on the same time as heroes.

Heroes is the best from here. Prison Break is original, but to gain audiences under 18? Dunno. 24 is the same. Very very original, but mainly adults watch it. (and also, Prison Break and 24 aren't that realisitc. It's not everyday you see somebody running out of the same prison) Heroes is realistic, however. (not with the flying, head cutting, and exploding) But in real life, this is what happens. Jealousy happens. People can't accept the truth. And also, Masi Oka (Hiro) makes me laugh.

I would have to say Heroes simply because I was able to keep up with it and watch the episodes. I started watching Prison Break, but was not able to keep watching. It seemed to be awesome though. I don't know much about 24. Never watched it.

i love prison break and heroes both. they are great, i am still waiting for the heroes season2, and enjoying the prison break season 3.
