They build new ones. Not long ago I was cleaning cob webs and there was a spider in one. I destroyed his little home and when I saw him run away I kind of thought that he would relocate. Was I ever wrong. All I did was clean his house. He built a new web.

I think they keep repairing their damaged webs when it gets damaged.

well they have no choice in my house, lol, lots of theme so lots of food for the spider in my house, i destroy dome web and they build somewhere else...
but sometime they fix its its depend how bad it was damage
