how do i use "made by", "made with", "made from" ,"made into", "made of""made in"

can u give me a clear& simple explaination and clear example?

can u explain any other preposition with made which i haven't mention? TQ

made from the finest cotton (from - a modified component of what made it)
made into a giant plush squid (what the object was made to become)
