I have a son, and if he told me he was a gay, I'd be fine with that. As long as he's safe and happy. I have REAL things to worry about. Right now, it's Autism.

no, dont get me wrong i would be concerned, the gay community has such a diffcult time getting accepted, i would worry they would be shunned because of this. and no parent wants to see that happen to their child, the constant struggle for acceptance.
but over all, there are so many things that are far worse than being gay. if that is the 'worst' thing they ever end up being i would say they are a success. their sexuality is just not importent, if they are comfortable and happy, who cares?

Yes id hate it.
And the minorities have more power then the average australian or american these days.. Its just wrong, i hate it how people say its okay, even though they dont like it, and the fact that they should accept them more when they accept it too much to a point where they are looked after more because there different.

at first I think I might be taken back, but I'd be ok about it really. I'd love them no matter what. I think its wrong to disown and stop loving someone because of their sexuality, it doesn't make them who they are, their heart does. I'd love my kids, and possibly feel a new bond. I would want to support and take care of them. With all this buzz with the gay community, they aren' really accepted with open arms.

No, they're people just like you and me who need love and support. And besides, they have feelings too. And besides, I'd rather have a gay person for a child than a murderer or child molester or any criminal.

Yes,I would be very upset over it...No,,I would be Sick over it...I have a son,but I don't have to worry about that...He is Happily married,has a very nice Family...
