Actually no because I have an iHome and set it to play my music as an alarm instead of a buzzer. They say it's better to set your alarm to some kind of music because waking up to a buzzer is bad for your nervous system. Besides, I used to have a buzzer alarm and I don't set it anymore because I hated it. :-)

Absolutely. It's so unnatural to be jerked out of sleep by an irritating beep or ringing. I use an alarm only occasionally and I set it to a radio station. I have it on low so I hear soft talking or music and I don't feel I am awakened so abruptly.

I'm not a morning type, so basically the minute it goes off and I have to wake up I hate almost everything, not just the sound of the clock!

YES!!! i hate it. i put it on the radio mode because it is slightly less painful, but i usually manage to wake up a few minutes before it goes off so i don't have to hear it.

It doesn't make me angry but it is annoying. I usually wake up right before it is going to go off, though. That is also annoying!
