As a women, how would i understand the diffrence between Secretion n spam?

Do you mean the difference between secretion and sperm? I'm gonna assume that's what you mean. Secretion is clear and kinda watery. Secretions that have sperm in it are milky white and it's thicker in substance. However, secretions can have sperm in it so be careful if you aren't aiming to get pregnant.
