Not in the knee.....but being the horseshoe queen that I am...I would advise against playing barefoot...

That's never happened to me. It's been years since I've even been around a horseshoe.

Not in the knee, but in the shins. Yes, it does hurt. That one was my fault for not moving out of the way fast enough.

if someone did that to you with a horseshoe they were probably aiming higher.

T he knee and other places. I was a thoroughbred groom for 8 years.
It was worse when it was still attached!

no, i did take a dart to the shin once though!!!! it was not a fun day having that thing sticking in my leg!!!! never played that game again, especially aiming them at each other.
