I am not at all a moring person, i hate waking up in the moring. But over the summer i had to wake up at 6:30 every moring and now at 7:00[when i wake up] i just jump out of bed and start my day! Is it possible that my sleep partterns changed?
Thanks!

I have found that the older I get....the earlier I rise each morning. Your sleep patterns have probably changed. This does seem to happen over time.
Congratulations on being able to get up and starting the day early.....that way you don't miss out on life by sleeping half the day away.

Yes, the patterns have changed. This is very common. When I was young, in the dawn of time, I was not a morning person. Now, after 20 years in the military and my current early morning commute I pop out of bed at 3:30 am at the first chime of the alarm and am on the road by 4. Mind you by 10 pm I'm basically done. Set up a routine, develop a habit and the body will adapt to it.

If you wake up on 7:00 then you need to wake up on 6:30
so you can be ready for the day.

Yes, your body gets use to it. I was having to get up at 6.00 3 times a week for about a year, I hate mornings so much but eventually I was up and about and felt fine. However, now Im back into the old routine and 6.00 feels like the middle of the night!

yes, it's very possible. I was never really a morning person, but what really helps me get up in the morning is getting the right amount of sleep. In years before I used to stay up til 11pm til 1am and expecting that I would be awake at 6am. Going to bed say, 9pm or 10pm is a lot more reasonable for your body to get rested and be ready to get up in the morning.

Sorry Nicole, I don't see what your problem is, most people would love to be able to jump out of bed in the mornings. Do you mean you would like time to adjust?
