Manufactured/Modular Home?

I live in Atlantic Canada. Do I have to put a foundation under a prefab home or can I just put it on blocks and skirt it like a mini home for now until I can afford the foundation?

You'll do best by first checking your local building code. Then ask other owners what their experiences have been. You will soon get a good feel for what will work best for you.

If its not a trailer house you will need a foundation. otherwise it will not be level and you will have all kinds of problems in the future.
