As previoud post, yes exercise your ability. We all have a weakness but the few of us exercise it and dont let it stop us.
I dont know how you would exercise it, but reading, and reviewing definately helps. If you say it stops you, than it will stop you, if you work to make it better, and you dont have the thoughts of it stopping you, than obviously there aint nothing stopping you.

Tell your brother he's fat. Even if he's not, it goes a long way towards his self esteem. I tell my brother that all the time, though he benches over 250. But it's funny when I say it and he hits himself on the chest like king kong.

Mental thoughts of negativity will put a stop to you, and hold you in your place and never be able to move forward. It has been proven time and time again, that if you dont let your negativity get in your way, you can and will overcome those obstabcles.

Speak with your parents, and they may say blah blah, you dont know what your talking about, and you are just holding yourself back. Do not take it in a bad way or negative. Think about it a little bit, they dont know what goes inside your brain, cause one they are not you, they are not controlling your brain functions. They believe that you are better, so prove to them that you are. Being better and stronger than they are, will make them proud, and you will see it in their eyes, rather than what they say.

Just do what Nike does all the time. JUST DO IT.
Procastinating never got anyone anywhere. If you can't be proud of yourself, who can proud of you.

oh my goodness! why do you people keep stereoptyping?!?!? This is racial profiling! the same issues that "plague" the black community (as you see it) are the same issues that plague other communities. In my opinion its a societal issue. Not a BLACK issue. But if you really think the perception is accurate...then maybe you should consider that constant racial profiling and marginalizing of the young black people is what motivates them to find acceptance and comfort in unsavory places such as gangs...or motivates them to rebel or lash out at society.........but if you really sit down and think about it then you'd realize that young black boys or men aren't the only wants who follow these characteristics so please think before you speak and judge. You're asking a question but you already seem to have your own biased opinions. That's not fair

Thats hard man, i would tell your parents and see if there are any work programes out there that could help you, you can and need to work through this and tell someone to tell your brother to **** of. One day he will grow up and have to live with the guilt that he put you down or attacked you when you needed him to undestand you. I know i was a real **** to my younger brother and deeply regret it.

You got fired not because of your disability but because you were not enough for the job. My opinion is that to exercise your disability. Never let your weakness control you. Tell your parents they will understand. Also tell your brother **** off.
