Sooo....on 9/21 & 9/22 positive OPK and on 9/23 negative. We bd'd on 9/21, 9/22, and 9/23. After 9/23 bd, I had sharp pains all throughout my lower abdomen for about 25 minutes. Any idea what that could have been? Also, how do my bd'ing days look?

Also, now today, 9/24, I still feel those lower abdominal pains, but just not as severe. They're just there. It almost feels like really bad gas pains, but I've never had that before.

I would say you have a very good chance of falling pregnant this cycle.
With the positive ovulation test on the days you and your hubby bded.

I would say the pains are that of ovulation pain (I experienced this when I was due to ovulate this month and hubby and I had bded when the pains came on.)

Hope you get a BFP after the 2ww.
Sending lots of Baby Dust to you.

Well, the OPK are used to detect the LH Surge, which I am sure you are aware of. The sharp pain sounds like an ovulation pain...

NEgative may just mean not enough hcg levels to be detectable. hcg are the levels that pregnacy tests look for, they rise as you get further along in pregnancy. Also, if you are pregnant sharp pains may mean round ligament pains which result from the growing uterus stretching your belly ligaments, but Id talk to my doctor if I was you.
