I went to Victoria's Secret yesterday for a new bra. I have problems with them because. My size is a 32 but my boobs are too big for an A cup. and too small for a b cup. is this possible?

Go and get yourself fitted properly. Wearing the wrong size bra can be very uncomfortable.

Also, different brands can fit differently. You might have to try Olga, Warner, Bali etc to find the right one for you, but definitely go for a fitting. A lot of stores like Macy's, have bra fittings.

Bras are like any other piece of clothing, the sizes vary by brand and style. You may find a perfectly fitting bra in the same size at Victoia's Secret but in a different style. You msy find another bra brand means you need a 32B. Just get fitted and try on bras till you find the perfect fit. What do they say? Most women are wearing the wrong size bra so you are not alone. Breast of luck!

You need to get properly sized. The size of the cup depends on the band size. For example im a 38DD and my friend is a 34DD. Her DD's are much bigger than mine. Not all cup sizes fit the same. Getting fitted will help you get your proper size and a well fitting bra.

As this is one of my areas of expertise, I must tell you that it is simply the way those particular bras are designed. Try a different brand until you find one that fits comfortably.
