I do, but I really like it when someone else takes the lead once in a while! I don't like having to be in charge of everything all the time. It is nice to be able to kick back and only have to do what your told instead of keeping track of everything and everyone from beginning to end!

As a nurse, I have no choice. I get the title "charge nurse" with each job I take. Do I like it? No. There are some dumb people out there. I have learned to tell them they are stupid though.

no, i hate being in charge but i have to be because then we would get nothing done. My kids and my hubby are very laid back and they need to be pushed. I make all the desisions but i hate it sometimes. I am a little bossy at times. LOL
so sometimes its okay. :)

Not really. Been there, done that. Not all it's cracked up to be. I'm fine with 2nd in charge, actually.

Rather not!! Not being in charge is easier and safer!

I'm a bit of a perfectionist+I don't trust that the others will do it correctly so I have to be the leader to make sure everything is done my way...my ex used to call me chief...
