anybody else feel gyped after getting the across the universe soundtrack? its missing half the songs!!?

as soon as i left the movie i bought the soundtrack because i was in love but its missing so many songs. anyone know whats up with that or where i can get the rest of the songs?
like all you need is love, i get high with alittle help from my friends, the bowling alley song, and the list goes on.

it looks like there's two cds.....iTunes has the complete two cds
