I think God created the sea, sky, earth, sun and rain, because there must be a god to create all these magnificent things.

The Earth condensed out of interstellar dust and rock left over from the formation of our sun. Pulled together by gravity-because gravity has an equal pull in all directions the earth is a sphere. The Hubble space telescope has taken photographs of protoplanetary systems in the process of being formed in deep space.

I do believe in god, but I don't think that god physical made the earth like some Divine mason chiseling away at the rock. Rather he created the natural laws of the universe to allow the earth to form.

The big bang theory does try to answer to the God created the world story. The abstract content in it, does play with belief because it does not have a date and plays with the imagination.

You're right - created by God.

The Big Bang is a philosophical (religious) idea that flies in the face of common sense. We know that according to the observed laws of nature, matter/energy cannot be created or destroyed.

The theory of evolution is utterly unable to explain how the mind boggling complexity just appeared out of literally nothing.

Hey!!! Buddy do you know what did says LORD BUDDHA(Who is found the meaning of life and the world) about your this question. Let me explain you this with a good example. When Buddha was living in the pass before Buddha passed away a monk ask the same question from him with little bit more.

this is the conversation:

Monk: highness! Can you tell me who created the world and whats the meaning of life...

Buddha: replied...calm and listen to me. No one can find the end of the cosmic and same as the meaning of a normal person's life.

Lord Buddha took nearly 48 years to find the meaning of life and truth of world ect.

No God can be call the Creator. All rules are depend on conditions of course and effective or action and reactions. demerit is the rote of all evil. and the course of birth, suffering and death when equipoise(delusion) is destroyed and replace with intellectual realize the truth(Knowledge) of this world as Buddha says.

(((Buddhism is which tells the truth ever and did)))

Ah, the childish arguments of the religious.

God created the sun and the sky because he did. Very thorough argument.

The moon is made of cheese because it is.

Why did the church imprison Galileo for suggesting the earth rotated the sun? What has changed? Has God spoken to us since then to clarify things? Or is it just made up by humans?

The universe created itself. Only an idiot believes that our existence requires intelligent design to be possible. Existence implies nothing in itself.

If your answer for everything you don't understand is "god did it" then how do you answer the question "Who created god?"

Answer: You can't. Because religious belief has NO actual answers. It just blinkers people of sensitive dispositions so they don't need to confront the truth that they only get one shot at existence, and that once you're dead...that's it. For some reason lots of people can't seem to accept that simple truth. Life is not a movie....it doesn't last forever, and isn't filled with good people being rewarded, and bad people being punished. That doesn't make it any less special in my mind...in fact it makes it even more special.

we can never know for sure who or what created our world or our universe... there is no way of proving that God exists and the big bang cannot be the first event to ever happen because any event has a previous event occurring before it...

I'm going to say that physical forces and interacting atoms and particles of different shapes and sizes formed the world...

Ultimately God did. But us humans see the secondary processes he used.

The argument goes that if there is a creation, there must be a creator. Makes sense, but no-one has yet proven that the universe is a "creation", and not just the result of natural processes.

The earth accreted from a cloud of matter during the "birth" of the solar system, along with the sun, and all the other planets in our solar system.
