You can use IE's Syncronisation Option to Achive this. In the IE go to Tools->Syncronize and follow the on screen instructions.

Highlight the WEB Address in the menubar of the browser and click add to favorites.
Then when you access favorites it will appear just like it does now complete with all the other content and links.

I haven't done that in quite a while but the last time I did I found it helpful to use acrobat and tell it to dig 3 or 4 links deep. (Be careful, external links can get HUGE)
