I guess legally it was freedom of expression. Honestly the law makers need to do something about this. What happens when you hang someone? They die? Wouldnt waving a gun around be freedom of expression if someone thought someone should die? I also however don't condone beating the crap out of someone because they made you angry.

I don't agree with the pick up drivers's actions and I personally think it was in poor taste, but he has a right to express his opinion of the situation just as the thousands of protestors expressed theirs with signs and speeches...........
