Wal-mart.. and as the other poster said don't bother with the refills... Been down that road, the refilled carts may be more full of ink but the quality is bad and the ink they use clogged the inkjets much worse than any HP cart ever did. I will say that Cartridge World was nice enough to replace the clogged cart as it was less than 30 days old... but the one I got from them didn't last much longer before it got clogged too. I would rather just pay the b@stards at HP more money and not have to keep going back to the generic store to get a cart unclogged.

Normally there isn't any real great deals on HP ink.
I find 2 things to be of help.
Generally Wallmart has as good a prices as anyone.
2nd stear clear of filled cartridges they tend to be of different quality Inks, and will gum up your printer.

Walgreens or your local cartridge store....

Walgreens recycles them, and you get 10 free digital prints, or you can have them refilled for a small amount.
