It's very hard to say with no link to your site. I have seen in the past that many people seem to think a website should be loaded with links and info, no matter how useless or off-topic that content may be, they still want it to be there. Of course there are exceptions to the rule. If your service is good enough you don't need anything but the service (google.com for example).

OOo it's good to see someone care!!! If you would take two hours and spend a few bucks to read it, a VERY worthwhile book that would help you VERY much is cited below! Please oh please read it!
(I'm not saying two hours because I'm a fast reader, either.)
