Yes. I did a test the day I was due and it was negative. I got a positive 2 days later.
Saying that, tests are meant to be very reliable when used the day you were due, but you might have got your dates wrong.
It's worth testing again in a few days if your period doesn't arrive.

Yes, it is possible to get a negative even if your pregnant. My period was supposed to start last Monday, when it didn't come I bought 3 test. Took them on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday....all came out negative. Decided to buy another test yesterday and it came out positive!!!! So I was 7 days late before I got a positive.

yes is possible you can be pregnant but give yourself like a week or 10 day if the period did not come go for another test by that time you will see clearly if you are pregnant or not.

a pregnancy test only measures the levels of HGC in your urine. as the pregnancy progresses the level increases.
if you test earlier, there may not be a detectable level of the hormone in your urine - i was 8 weeks gone before i got a positive test

Yeah, most HPT doesn't dectect the pregnancy hormones till later in your cycle, try testing a week after your miss period

Sure you can! HPTs are not that reliable in the first few days. Try again, or have a blood test done at your doctors office

hi.you might just be too tense.my wife overshot her p's for 14 days.we r trying.you wud rather wait for a month then you can test.by the way why bother to test.wait till you do not get them at all.but always play sex at least every other night and stay your bossom elevated for a while so that gravity may assist in maintianing the sperm inside deep.good luck.

Yes, it's possible. there might not have been enough pregnancy hormone in your body for the test to detect it. Do another test today.

yes you could sometimes it just takes longer to show up. for my third child I did three tests all negative, but the fourth was positive !

honey first let me say good luck(im keeping my fingers crossed for you) secondly yes sweety take another test first thing in the morning and see, but sweety please don't stress over the issue, stressing can make your period late and give you false hope. But take the test and let me know how it comes out, I'm hoping for ya.
