Do you check a persons profile before you give them best answers. I don't.

If I really can't decide between a couple of answers I check out the answerers' profiles, and give the best answer to the person who who needs it most, or maybe the one I like the most. Otherwise, no.

Why would you? You're supposed to judge which answer was the best. Not even the one you agree with the most, but which was actually the best answer. So that's what I look at. I couldn't care less about a person's profile on here.

what should someones' profile have to do with the fact that you either judge their answer good enough for best answer, or not? i don't, if its the best answer there, then it gets the marks. should see some of the answers i've been given. the question i asked about cover versions concerning a certain artists' song, well i dont think any of those who answered actually read my question. happy days!!!!

You give best answer to the one that you like best,end of.Why check the profile??I am aware a lot of people have fans and contacts on here and they vote for each other,its not fair to the genuine tryers but thats life.Thats why i dont have contacts,you should stand alone.

no but i am a bit clannish so as the expression goes
show me whom you hang out i will show you whom you are
as the truth you need Identity no matter where you go.
so surely i check out whom i chosen to identify with
are there other choices..there is no such thing as best answers
nor even advise lets say A bit of the trick behind the magic

Nope, if they've been kind enough to give me a useful or very funny answer then i dont mind what answers they've given previously.
