having a physical fight would you try to break it up?

Depends, if it's two guys I'd call the police. If it was a man against a woman or child I'd grab the first weapon like thing I could find and plow him on the head, then call the police.

Only after observing the situation... If there was no knife and they were women or girls I would try to stop them.
If there was a weapon, I would probable just stand a little way off and shout.
I would only try to break up men if I knew them.

depends who it was fighting, and how big they were!!!
if it was my sis or best friend or something i would try, if it was my boyf and some other guy i wouldnt cos they would be way out of my league!!
if it was just some random ***** fight/drunken brawl that i stumbled across i would just let them get on with it, none of my business.
i dont like fighting at all though, especially after a good night out, its so stupid and ruins the night.
why cant everybody just get on with each other???

I would either try to break it up or call the police. I can't stand to see someone get beat up..I'm always for whoever is getting the worst end of it.

Maybe I'd break up the fight if it wasn't a fair one, you know, like one person has a weapon...

i once did a long time ago and got a thick lip for my trouble i hate violence so it would be hard to walk away but in this day people carry all sorts of weapons so i really don't know , but i always think what if it was one of my family and no one helped them .

If I knew one of them, if one was a child, one was being picked on, one was considerably smaller or hurt, yes I would, but if I didn't know either of them [and they were quite large like football player size] I would call the police and let them handle it.

No, they would probably turn on me, if someone was terribly injured though I would do the sensible thing and ring the cops/ambulance.

That's a tuff one, I would really want to but sometimes your just better off ringing the police.
