least count of vernier calliper is
the smallest measure on main scale divided by the no. of divisions on the vernier scale
for example if the smallest division on main scale is 1mm and the no. of divisions on vernier scale is 20 than the least count of vernier calliper will be 1/20 mm = 0.05mm
