I guess it depends on what type of photos they are (ie just nude, or doing things beyond that). Many of the adult web sites have criminal underground ties, so be careful who you deal with. Most of them also steal material from other sites or make their own.
Frankly, if you have a lot of them, you'd make more setting up your own web site.

You gave permission to take the photos... Since you are over 18 and he knows it he didnt need to ask for ID. He can refuse to delete the photos if he choses,as long as he doesnt post them in public there is nothing you can do about him having the photos. Since you had no written contract then the negatives remain the property of the photographer unless he agrees to sell them to you.. Put simply you never pose nude without a specific written contract...

if they are artistic nudes, like playboy nudes the njust type artistic nudes in a search engine you will get tons of sites just send them an e-mail an ask if they buy nudes
