Why do so many people on here, and elsewhere, type as though they are texting? They are two vastly differnt things. When texting your best friend, you can use any form of crappy spelling you want, but when you are typing a message to be read by intelligent people, please use intelligent spelling.
Compare riding a bicycle to riding a horse. They are both excellent forms of exercise and transportation, but are completely different things. You don't peddle a horse and you don't talk to a bicycle.
So when you are doing different things, do them differently. Don't destroy one for the benefit of the other.
This is a serious problem with todays society.
For those of you who think I have far too much time on my hands, and I expect there are a lot of you, go to hell.

Ah i hate this slang language. Although i do use the tiniest bit. Such as Omg, Brb, Gtg. Apart from that i don't use any at all...I really hate it.

He he, There is no hell and I think your curiousity about this aspect of life is entertaining! lol Habit is the answer though. Whatever you have become familiar with is what you tend to keep doing.

I never ponder on such things. I am too busy combatting civil rights violations, so can't help you there as it's not important to me.

I try to type just like on a typwritter.That is probably why I make so many typo's.I was never that good at it.
